Can I use SiteGrinder to create HTML email templates?

Media Lab, Official Rep, replied on February 08, 2010 22:58 // SG is not the best tool for making broadcast email templates. The real problem with templates is that they are limited to the lowest common denominator of email client software, meaning they really have to limit the amount and sophistication of HTML they use. SiteGrinder produces very modern, sophisticated CSS code, which many email clients don’t support. Basically, it will be a matter of “dumbing” down the coding to be more compliant with web mail and email client software. The most important thing you’ll need to do is convert all the CSS to inline. One method is to copy the HTML that was generated from SG and pasted it into TextEdit which allows me to re-save as “inline CSS” (set up option in Preferences). OR, you can try some of the online “convert to inline CSS” sites: http://www.soldesignco.com/dev-csstoi… http://tech.bytefull.com/2007/06/03/u…
