A. The answer is clearly No. Those who use these and similar low dose dosimeters must continue using them. SIRAD is not a substitute for any low dose dosimeters. SIRAD is a high dose (higher than about five rads) dosimeter. It can be used along with dosimeters such as TLD and film in order to instantly know exposure to high dose.
