Can I use shredded garlic instead of a clove for a yeast infection?
Don’t used shredded garlic. Garlic juice burns. Most home remedies don’t work, or at least they haven’t for me – these: eat a lot of plain yogurt, take probiotics, insert a garlic clove tied with a string, tea tree oil. The first two are something to help prevent them, but doesn’t usually work after you have an infection. I know what works for me if I have a topical yeast infection (no discharge) but it doesn’t work a full blown yeast infection.
