MetroPCS sucks, alot of drop calls even in San Francisco which is one of the area where their coverage works best. They used to text message me on the bill due date so I never forget to pay my bills, now they stop reminding me on the due date and guess what? I forgot to pay my bill on the due date and the phone was cut off the next day. They have no grace period for billing, not even 1 day!!! I use their service for my business line and if i don’t have my phone working, I potentially lose hundreds of dollars for that day. That makes me very mad. Their service is only $50, the lost for me on that day when my service got cut off could’ve been 6month of their service price or more. Go with cingular for the best coverage and forget the ghetto metro, their customer service is bad and it’s very very hard to reach to a live person because their automated service will say “Sorry, I can not transfer you to an agent right now” when you say “Agent”, I tried saying “Agent” 50 times and the automat
