Can I use RR to purchase gift cards? Do I need to add filler items for it to work?
Check carefully all the wording on the RRs. Some RR fine print reads gift cards are excluded. If it *doesn’t* say anywhere that gift cards are excluded, you can use them to buy gift cards. The best way to do this is to just pick up a gift card, take it to the register, and pay for it with the RR, just like you’re using a coupon. Do NOT ask them to “put the RR on a gift card,” just buy the gift card, and use the RR as payment, AGAIN only if there are no exclusions. If you are only using one RR, you don’t need filler item(s), since you’re not using any other coupons to buy the gift card. Q: I have five $6 RR. Can I combine them to buy a $30 gift card ?
