Can I use RR to purchase gift cards? Do I need to add filler items for it to work?
Check carefully all the wording on the RRs. Some RR fine print reads gift cards are excluded. If it *doesn’t* say anywhere that gift cards are excluded, you can use them to buy gift cards. The best way to do this is to just pick up a gift card, take it to the register, and pay for it with the RR, just like you’re using a coupon. Do NOT ask them to “put the RR on a gift card,” just buy the gift card, and use the RR as payment, AGAIN only if there are no exclusions.
