Some of the older and non-English version of the Personal Folders Backup add-in for Outlook are not compatible with RelationshipSecure. This is due to flaws in the Personal Folders Backup software, not RelationshipSecure. To download the latest English version of PFBackup, go to the following page on the Microsoft Office web site: http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/ Go to the Downloads page, click Add-ins under Outlook, and find the Personal Folders Backup add-in.
