A. We accept proof of completion of: – A 1-mile swim or longer in another event in lieu of the Swim Certificate, as long as the event took place within one year of the Primal Quest start date. – An individual orienteering event may be used in lieu of the Navigation Certificate, , as long as the event took place within one year of the Primal Quest start date.
