Licenses (including processor licenses, server plus device CALs, and server plus user CALs) acquired through retail or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) channels, or through Microsoft Volume Licensing programs, cannot be rented, leased, or lent to third parties, or used to provide commercial hosting services.
