Can I use Primex VoIP service from anywhere in the world?
Your Primex VoIP account provides you with complete portability. You can access this service from anywhere in the world using Primex’s softphone or a phone adapter. To access the softphone, simply log into our user portal and press the phone icon. The softphone automatically installs (please note the firewall issue, sound card quality, and speaker quality will still remain issues for using this service). To use a phone adapter, just plug it into any high-speed Internet connection and place calls. However our service is only built to comply with UK VoIP regulations (e.g. support 999 emergency service), therefore please bear in mind that our VoIP service cannot be the replacement of your local voice service provider in foreign countries.
