PowerKey products have been extensively tested for compatibility with 100-125v, 50-60hz power, as is the standard in the USA and Canada. We manufacture special models of PowerKey and PowerKey Pro with 2-prong power cords exclusively for use in Japan and other countries with ungrounded 110v AC power. If you are using a PowerKey product with a 3-prong power cord outside the USA and Canada, you will need to use a 2-prong AC adapter.
