Can I use Personal Computer Banking through America Online, Prodigy, etc.?
If you are using a PC, yes, just use their gateway service to the Internet instead of their proprietary network(s). We do not support their browser, and recommend that you use either Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. America Online has trouble supporting some secure connections for Macintosh. If you are experiencing this problem, we suggest contacting America Online or choosing an alternate Internet Service Provider. How do I sign up for E-Statements and Alerts? 1. Go to www.denalifcu.org, sign in to Personal Computer Banking, and click Denali Direct. 2. Click Yes, I agree and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with an Activation code. 3. Enter this number and click Activate My Address. You can now create custom alerts. 4. Click on the E-Statement link and click ok. This will sign you up for E-Statements and stop mailed statements.
