Yes. In Deck, just go to the general preferences and instruct it to use Peak as the external editor. Then select the entire region to edit in Deck and hit command-E (launch external editor). You select entire regions from Deck by changing your toolbox mode on the toolbar. The Deck user’s manual gives instructions.
