Can I use P.Bio without an internet connection?
Yes, except for online refreshing you can use almost every feature of P.Bio without an internet connection. You should run P.Bio when your computer is connected to the internet at least once in a while to do an online refresh and to get the latest free P.Bio updates, but most of the time you can use P.Bio without an internet connection if you wish.
