Yes. The student email system will work with any email program that is capable of retrieving email from an IMAP server. Most email programs now have this capability. Please note that while we provide this capability, we do not have the resources to support it. You may wish to find someone who is qualified to help you set this up. We are not responsible for any problems caused by changes that you willingly make to your own computer. The main items that you will need to know are: • Email server type: IMAP (not POP) server • Incoming email server: stu.parkland.edu • Outgoing email server: use the outgoing email server given to you by your internet service provider • Your username and password For more detailed, step by step instructions, click here.
