Can I use OMA dollars to replace worn out air rifles?
No, air rifles cannot be purchased with OMA funds. The only way to replace old unserviceable air rifles is to first turn in the old rifles then requisition new ones through normal supply channels. A unit may obtain and use other than government issue air rifles if purchased by school funds, donated by booster groups or some means.
