Novonorm and glicliazide are not available in the United States. There is a product similar to NovoNorm, Prandin® (repaglinide), commercially available in the US; however, there is no product similar to gliclazide. Since there is no similar product for gliclazide, we are unable to comment on the use of this product. We suggest consulting with your prescriber regarding the use of these products together.
