Can I use Noteable with my midi keyboard/guitar?
Yes. Provided your midi keyboard is properly connected, Noteable should automatically listen for Midi input provided you are playing in the Piano play mode. You can switch to the Piano play mode from the Deck Setup window. See the help documentation for details. I paid for the software and still have not received my unlock codes. Why? Please wait at least 48 hours for your codes. We manually send unlock codes and this can take some time. If you still don’t have your codes within 2 business days, contact us. Why am I getting an error? Please first check out our patches page where we provide resolutions to errors that have already been reported. If this does not resolve your error, usually, specific errors can be remedied if you report them.
