Yes, you can. However each Conventional mobile must be capable of handling 2400-baud MSK (Minimum Shift Keying) data and have a suitable interface for the Trident RIM module. PassPort Trunking radios must be similarly provisioned to support the TrAVL data functionality. Each mobile data device interfaced to the radio has a DSID (Data Site ID) / UID (Unit ID) which if used on a PassPort radio would match that radios HSID / MIN.
