When roaming and not connected to Netspace for your internet connection you will need to enable SMTP Authentication to successfully send mail through the Netspace SMTP server. Please Note: This option is only required when roaming and should be turned off when you return home and are connected to Netspace for your internet connection. Click Tools ยป Account Settings [view screen shot] Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the left hand pane On the right pane, select smtp.netspace.net.au as the outgoing server and click Edit [view screen shot] Enter the following SMTP server details Server Name: smtp.netspace.net.au Port: 25 Tick “Use name and password” User Name: Type your username Use secure connection: No Click OK [view screen shot] When sending an email you will now be prompted for your Netspace password.
