A light oil coating on the metal part is fine to use with a Zerust / Excor® ICT® bag. A heavy oil coating may affect the performance of the ICT® bag by keeping the corrosion inhibiting vapor molecules from reaching the metal surface. Please contact NTIC to determine the suitability of the oil and application.
