If you’re talking about the screen, you clean it according to the owner’s manual. I recommend a microfiber cloth and a high quality plastic cleaner, if you’ve lost your manual. If you’re talking about the rear, it’s not necessary to clean it. If you want to dust it off, use a soft bristled paint brush. If you are still not satisfied, you can used one of those aerosol cans of compressed air. Keep the vacuum cleaner away from the monitor. If I were you, I would be more concerned with keeping the inside of my computer clean. There is going to be far more dust accumulation inside of it than there is around your monitor.
