No. Normal TV antennas are only designed to receive a signal. A special dish is needed to also have transmission capability. However, it is possible to add a satellite TV reception adapter to the HughesNet antenna. Note that this does not include provision of a satellite TV service, only the capability to receive satellite tv signals through the HughesNet dish. You should consult a local partner for availability of any local TV solutions.
