Can I use my transit benefit debit card to set up Autoload for my TransLink card?
To set up your card for Autoload, you should use a regular credit card as your payment source and only use your transit benefit card to add value at the beginning of each month. Since a transit benefit card only has value added once a month, if your TransLink card needs reloading at a time when funds are not available on your transit benefit card, your TransLink card will be blocked and you will be unable to use it.
