Can I use my own vet and/or farrier?
• Hillside uses Ken Atkinson for farrier work, and Delaney Vet services for vet work. We include booking regular appointments, and holding for these vets and farrier in your board rate. We have other vets and farriers that we use on occasion, and these vets and farriers are welcome to be used, however there will be a charge for holding in these cases, if needed. Other vets and farriers must be approved before being used. It is important to us to only employ professionals who we feel behave and operate in a professional and humane way.
