Can I use my own mortgage advisor and/or conveyancer?
Yes you can but it can be more beneficial to use a professional we refer you to. When buying your property, either through us or privately, it is very important that you complete within the expected time scale. By using an advisor or conveyancer we have provided, you will be safe in the knowledge that you will receive excellent service but also ensure that there are no delays in the completion of your property. The other benefit to you is of cost. Due to the amount of work we are able to pass to conveyancers they are in a position to provide their services at a discounted rate for our clients. The financial consultants we use do not charge a fee for their service, again as a result of the amount of business we pass on.
