Can I use my own domain name and have it redirected to my Dubli site?

The answer is YES. However, to be in compliance with DubLi Policies & Procedures, you cannot utilize the name DubLi in your domain site (EX: DansDubLiDepot.com). In accordance with Company policy, we also do not recommend this for several reasons. One, we are branding / marketing the DubLi name and if you are using your own name, how do you intend to brand that name? It will only confuse people. Secondly, people will do what you do, and, if you create a mixed web address, they will follow your lead. Thus, now you have a sales force creating domain names instead of talking to people. We highly recommend using the domain names from DubLi.
