Can I use my own debit card from a bank on Paypal?
You can use it as your primary source of funds, or as your secondary source of funds. It’s your choice in the account editing part of your paypal account, or under account preferences. Paypal is trying to stop customers from using their own credit/debit cards because of all the class action lawsuits it is getting from holding/freezing people’s accounts without consent from the government, or law enforcement. Usually your primary source is your bank account, and near the top section after you log in, you can edit your account preferences, and choose a primary source of funding your account with.
