Can I use my own builder if I buy a Lake Homesite?
Yes. Our Architectural Review Committee must approve your homebuilding plans and your builder must be bonded to ensure that the construction will be completed. You are encouraged, however, to select from Lake Carolina’s Preferred Columbia Builders. All builders have been selected for their proven financial stability and a history of successful home construction.
