You may supply and use your own BT approved broadband modem. However, we cannot offer any guarantee of connection or support on makes and models of connection equipment which have not been supplied by us. If your existing hardware is a modem, we strongly encourage you to take our free router when you sign up. You’ll be asked during the sign-up process whether you want to order one of our recommended modems or whether you’ll be supplying your own.
