It is definitely possible to run a nitro buggy on road, I would check your LHS for some on road buggy tires, I have seen them at my store for the 1:8 buggies, though we don’t sell a whole lot of the 1:16 Nitro buggies. You may have to check on-line for on road tires. The Sportwerks Chaos is an 1:16 Nitro Buggy there is a good chance that your hubs will match that vehicle and I am almost positive they make on road tires and wheels for that vehicle. As suggested, you may want to adjust your suspension depending on your driving style. Hope that gives you the information you were looking for.
