Can I use my Navy Federal Visa Gift card outside of the United States?
No. Your gift card states Valid only in the United States on the front of the gift card. Although your gift card will not be accepted at locations outside of the United States, it’s welcome at millions of locations where Visa debit cards are accepted within the United States and on U.S. military bases. Embassies, consulates and U.S. terrortories are excluded.
