• Floorplan Fees cannot be used to pay for any purchases of products whether they are items listed in your Floorplan Program, or any other items offered by us for sale through our website or by any other means or promotion. • The purpose of the Floorplan Program is to set up a fund, financed by the Floorplan Fees, to pay the extra costs we incur to provide guaranteed availability, and guaranteed shipping costs, as provided under the terms of the Plan, to our members of the Floorplan Program. Only Floorplan members will receive the benefit and security of knowing exactly what their costs will be, while being able to depend on those products being available to them as long as they participate in the Plan – regardless of the cost we must incur to deliver to your customers. • The Main Benefits of the Floorplan Program are: • Guaranteed Availability – We guarantee to have the item you reserved under the Plan available to ship to your customer, or we will provide a suitable substitute to you
