Yes, a mobile device can be used to move data from Meeting Maker to Microsoft Exchange; however, this method is not recommended for the following reasons: Appointments and activities that are not meetings: • Recurring appointments and activities may not transfer properly. Meetings that YOU have proposed in Meeting Maker: • Any changes you make to the meeting after it has been moved to the Exchange calendar will not be sent to the meeting attendees. • Location, meeting attendees, agenda and other meeting characteristics will potentially not be transferred. • All meetings will need to be re-proposed in the Exchange calendar. Meetings that SOMEONE ELSE has proposed in Meeting Maker: • You will not be notified of changes in the Exchange calendar if you move your Meeting Maker data using your PDA. • Time on your calendar will appear as “busy” when meetings are being proposed to you.
