Can I use my JumpTV account from any location?
As long as you’re using a computer that meets the system requirements and has high-speed Internet access, you can access your account from anywhere, at anytime. What you cannot do is watch your subscription from more than one computer at the same time. If so, the system will disconnect all computers that are using the JumpTV account and lock the account until you sign in again. Once you have signed back into your JumpTV account, you can continue to watch your channel. If people sharing an account experience a lock out too often, you may want to consider getting separate accounts.
