The best answer is yes AND no! Yes you can access the App Store and download the Scoutmob app. You may even be able to use some of the deals, but you will need Wi-Fi connectivity to use any of the deals. The Scoutmob team suggests that you still text or email your favorite deals to yourself because there is no way to guarantee that you’ll have a Wi-Fi connection at the time that you want to use the deal.
