No. Downloadable audiobooks cannot be played on either iPods or Microsoft’s Zune devices at this time. iPods use the .aac file format which does not support the Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection required by NetLibrary eAudiobooks. This DRM technology allows checked out items to expire on the due date, a feature that .aac technology does not offer.
