Yes. The Golden Age and Golden Access Passports as well as the Golden Eagle Pass will be accepted for a 100% discount on any fee area pass. The National Park Pass is not valid UNLESS the eagle hologram sticker is affixed to the Pass. This hologram sticker costs an additional $15 and is available at all National Parks, at the Sabino and Molino Fee Stations, and at the Sabino Canyon Visitor Center.
