Can I use my “ECigarette, E-Cig, Personal Vaporizer” anywhere and everywhere?
Your E-Cig emits only water vapor. Currently, there is no regulation concerning the use of your personal vaporizer as they do not fall under the tobacco ban. In the United States, electronic cigarettes are currently unrestricted. Electronic cigarettes are currently not subject to restriction under the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act. Of course, you should always abide by the wishes of the establishment you are vaping in. I have always explained the device and have taken it apart showing what it actually is. After this demonstration, the establishment has always allowed me to continue.
