Cable modems are unique devices that work on the cable TV network and are not compatible with traditional telephone modems. At this time cable modems from different companies are not compatible with each other. For this reason combined with the sheer cost of the modems themselves we have decided to provide the cable modems to our customers as part of a rental agreement FREE OF CHARGE!!!
