Can I use my current merchant account with HotDesk?

Yes. If you take orders online the account information will be sent to you via a secure form and you can manually enter the order information with your current merchant account. However, if you want to accept and process credit card transactions within your HotDesk store automatically, you need to use our online merchant account partner, Paymentech.
