Border’s cards can be used on purchases of Border’s merchandise, but not on anything else through Amazon, Amazon marketplace, or Amazon auctions. If they do not cover the balance, they must be used in conjunction with a credit card, even if you are using an amazon gift card as well. Paper border’s certificates CANNOT be used. Only one gift card can be used per order. So basically, yes, you can use it to purchase Border’s merchandise only.
