The SkySipTel service includes free voicemail. So, an answering machine is not necessary. If you prefer to use an answering machine, remember to turn off your SkySipTel voicemail feature by accessing the SkySipTel Account Portal. The default setting for voicemail is ‘on’ when you first activate your SkySipTel service.
