Can I use my All-Access® Visa TravelMoney® Card at gas stations, restaurants, hotels and other service-oriented merchants?
Yes, you can pay at the pump, but the terminal may hold funds to cover potential cost of a full tank of gas. You can avoid this by going inside and paying for a specific amount of gas with your card. Restaurants generally factor in a tip of 20% when authorizing card purchases. If the bill plus tip exceeds the card’s available balance, the purchase will be declined. If this occurs, you can pay part of the total balance with your Visa TravelMoney card and the remainder with cash or another card. Visa TravelMoney can be used for final payment when checking out of hotels; it is not recommended for check-in, since hotels hold funds during your stay, limiting the funds available on your card.
