If taken as a separate stream of learning I don t see why not. But it must be kept absolutely separate from any set pieces and patterns that you are learning to play or sing without fluency being the goal. That separation needs to be intellectual and also emotional. The level of your immersion, daily practice and a spirit of curiosity and creative play determine your progress as well as your enjoyment of the Musically Fluent path. If you are learning by a method that causes you frustration, self-doubt and promotes physical stiffness, you must keep this out of your Musically Fluent training. Any contamination will cause problems. The only way that the materials you use in Musically Fluent could ever have an adverse effect on other training is by showing up the lack of fluency in that other training!
