Can I use Microsoft Netmeeting and participate in a videoconference?

Yes, however ITS does not reccommend this route. Since Microsoft Netmeeting is a desktop software that allows one to videoconference, there is a chance for more problems to occur. The reason for this is each computer has its own settings. Also it may not be set up with the proper Network settings (see question 30 for more information on Network settings).
