No. The Sun Fire X2200 M2/ X4100M2 / X4200 M2 Servers use registered DIMMs. The Sun Ultra 20 M2 Workstation uses unbuffered DIMMs. The Sun Ultra 20 M2 Workstation does use the same memory as the Sun Fire X2100 M2 Server.
