Can I use Machamp’s “Fighting Touch” Poke-Power, and not switch Machamp with my Active Pokemon when I move my Active Pokemon’s Energy onto Machamp?

No, you can’t. If you use the Fighting Touch Poke-Power, you move all of the Fighting Energy that’s on your Active Pokemon onto Machamp, and afterwards, you must switch Machamp and your Active Pokemon.
