Yes, you may scale up or down proportionately the amount of AquaPreserve solution used for different amount of starting materials. For example, you can use 0.2 ml AquaPreserve solution to extract 20 mg of mouse liver tissues and obtain up to ~50-100 ug of total DNA/RNA and ~0.5-1 mg proteins.
