No, leaf cans and bags are just for leaves and are to be used during the unlimited leaf collection period only (October 1 to January 31). If you have extra yard trimmings throughout the year you may want to get a larger yard trimmings cart. Large quantities of yard trimmings may also be dropped off at the Transfer Station at 377 West Kent Avenue. See Transfer Station for hours and directions.
