IBackup for Mac does not have the conventional concept of full and incremental backup where the modified data is stored separately from full backup. With IBackup for Mac every backup is basically a full backup with an incremental effect. IBackup for Mac overwrites the full backup with the modifications made to it during backup. In other words, you have full backup results each time. This helps in fast restores when needed.
